Nazakat Hussain Abbasi & Javed iqbal Khan Advocate Leads Legal Challenge at Rawalpindi Bench
Rawalpindi, June 19, 2025 — In a significant legal development, the Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench has admitted a writ petition against the privatization of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). The hearing took place under the supervision of Justice Jawad Hassan, who sought detailed clarification on the legality of the privatization process.

After reviewing the initial arguments, the Lahore High Court admitted the petition and issued notices to the relevant parties, seeking their responses ahead of the next scheduled hearing.
